Mixed Fruits in Curd (Yoghurt)

it is a very simple, delicious and low calorie dessert ideal for summers.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    1 kg of fresh fruits (mango,pineapple,seedless grapes,papaya) 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup orange juice juice of 1 lemon ½ tsp vanilla essence ½ tsp rose essence 3 cups Yoghurt (curd)


    Mix sugar and orange juice in a pan. Cut fruits into pieces and mix well with the lemon juice to avoid discoloration. Beat curd well with the rose and vanilla essence and add sugar/orange juice mixture. Mix the fruits in and serve chilled.



    If htere is add more fruit like as banana, apple, chikoo then it is to delicious and like to every one
