Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
½ kg Gobi (Cauliflower)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Red chilies
2-3 Green chilies (chopped)
1 tsp Haldi powder
½ tsp Jeera
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Wheat dove (keep it aside)
Directions
Finely chop Gobi in blender and keep aside adding some salt for 10 min.
Take a bowl remove the water from Gobi with your hand and mix all the ingredients together well.
Now roll the wheat dove to the size of puri with your 2 fingers apply oil on it and place 1 tbsp of Gobi mix on it and close the chapatti from all the sides properly.
Now slowly roll it in a size of chapatti, place it on a hot tava and cook both the sides applying butter or pure ghee.
Serve hot with any pickle or curd and enjoy the great taste.
